The Irlen Method

The Irlen Method uses precision-tinted coloured overlays and filtered lenses. The Irlen Method employs advanced spectrometer technology meeting strict standards of colour balancing for colour correction to correct light frequencies which are not processed correctly by those who suffer from Irlen Syndrome.

Irlen Screener Training Workshop 5036 48 Street INNISFAIL, AB

March 27 & 28, 2021

  • SCREENER CERTIFICATION: an intensive training session for qualified persons who wish to be licensed to test for Irlen Syndrome. Licensed screen- ers can recognize and test for Irlen Syndrome; identify which colored overlays will help; and give presentations about Irlen Syndrome
  • COST: $975 +GST (EFT-cheque, debit, credit card) includes all materials for training plus start-up supplies, CD’s, books -including Reading By the Colors & The Irlen Revolution & Sports Concussions by Helen Irlen.
    Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
  • RESUME: fax or email your resume & a cover letter explaining why you want to become an Irlen Screener.
    Workshop is offered to: Resource specialists; Reading Recovery teachers; Psychologists; Counselors; Teachers; Resource Aides; Adult Literacy teachers; Tutors; Social workers; School nurses; Health professionals, Learning Centre staff; etc. If uncertain about your qualifications please contact me.
    Past screeners may retrain for $150. This will fulfill the 12 Educational units required every 5 years to maintain certification.
